I created SkayaBodies as a holistic movement practice to strengthen the body from a place of internal alignment and awareness. After healing my severe lower back injury through this method, I learned that physical training doesn’t have to be painful.
SkayaBodies is a fully customized experience that responds to your individual needs. From comprehensive fitness to manual release, my philosophy draws upon different techniques to address imbalance and improve stability. SkayaBodies is not just about creating the body you want, it’s about changing the way you feel within it.
