  • While the method has been known to cause some “burn”, we approach strength training in conjunction with holistic wellness rather than maximum intensity. Your body will thank us ;)

  • At least 2x/week but we recommend 3 if you really want to feel and see results!

  • Yes! SkayaBodies is rehabilitative and Yuliya is well-versed in most injuries. We don’t recommend participating if experiencing muscle spasm or acute pain. Your doctor/physical therapist should clear you to do Pilates.

  • SkayaBodies is a great method to stay connected during pregnancy! If cleared by your doctor, you can continue through your third trimester!

  • Comfortable and stretchy. Grip socks are not required.

  • We adhere to a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, please do so on Mindbody or by emailing Yuliya directly.

  • Visit Book to pay directly through Mindbody.

  • Clients must be at least 18 years of old.

  • SkayaBodies is intended as one on one instruction to best serve our clients. Group classes are accommodated by referral only. Please contact Yuliya to inquire.
